During this Phase of the program, students will transition from SLD University to The Wealth Builder Institute to begin learning the foundations of running a nonprofit.

4. Board Management

5. Delivering your core product and/or service profitability

6. Capital Procurement part 1- Fundraising & programming

7. Capital Procurement part 2-grant procurement and management

8. Fiscal Management
